Disability support with a difference

Updated: Nov 14

Most of you will have seen Amy, our Team Care Officer, in our social media and team photos. Amy’s placement with ABA was organised by The Community Collective Qld, a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider on the Sunshine Coast. They have a client-focused, collaborative, and passionate approach to providing a range of NDIS support services such as:

  • Assisting with improving daily living

  • Creating community and social activities

  • School leaver employment support

They focus on helping school leavers transition into the workforce, providing additional guidance to foster new skills and work experience. Giving them a step towards living independently. Their highly experienced and responsive team explicitly tailors the client journey to their needs. Providing a sense of purpose and enabling those they work with to become their solution.

Amy is a delight to work with and brings smiles to all our faces here at ABA as she takes care of various tasks in the office. She comes to work with her disability support officer who provides guidance if needed. If you want to make a big difference in your community, we highly recommend The Community Collective Business Partnership Program to help someone build the life they want!
